I am in the process of decorating our Pittsburgh loft apartment that we have been living in for about 3 months now. I’ve thrifted a ton of our decor and furniture from thrift stores but some stuff you just can’t find while thrifting (unless you’re really lucky) and those kinds of pieces I’ve ordered from Amazon! It’s amazing how much you can find on there, especially for mid-century style pieces (my favorite). In this blog post I’m sharing 10 home decor + furniture pieces I’ve found from Amazon.

First off, this amazing dining table was the perfect size for the small dining area in my loft kitchen. I love the white top and the mid-century styled legs and it looks great with the vintage Cesca chairs that I thrifted.

I really wanted some open shelving to store/display some of my personal boho home decor pieces that I haven’t found a home for yet in my apartment as well as the pieces that I’m stocking in my boho home decor shop Urban Darling Shop. I purchased three of these bookcases from Amazon to do just that, super practical and they look amazing! They are only about 3 and a half feet tall which was the height that I needed for the pitched roof on that wall.

I waited for a long time to find the right night stands for my bedroom. This night stand from Amazon is a great dupe for my dream night stand from West Elm that was out of my price range. These were a THIRD of the price! They have that great mid-century look that I love and a good amount of storage with the drawer and the shelf.

This round gold mirror was the great size for my narrow dresser! It would also look great in an entry, a bathroom and more. I love the gold finish on it too. This small, square letter board is super cute too. I love that you can write little messages on it! I have one in my kitchen as well.

I love using baskets to dress up my plants! This large seagrass basket was the perfect planter basket for my yucca cane (looking a little under the weather due to our move). You can also use these basket to store blankets, laundry, toys, and so much more!

This faux sheepskin throw makes my bed look so much cozier and adds some great texture to the room. It also looks great on dining chairs and arm chairs!

The walls in our apartment are very long and short because of the roof pitches so it has been a little tricky trying to figure out how to decorate. I wasn’t sure what to do with this wall in my bedroom and this garment rack ended up being the perfect thing. It allows me to display some of my favorite clothing pieces, have extra storage, and it looks like a bit of an art piece in itself. Plus it was only under $25!

*Update on the garment rack, it broke a few months later, couldn’t hold the weight lol! Still on the hunt for a new one <3

Shop Living Room Decor

I really wanted a mid-century style console that had some open shelving to display some of my boho home decor so this console was the perfect find! I love that the door adds some texture with the faux wood design on it. This console is no longer available but the smaller size of it is.

The mud-cloth style print on this blanket adds a ton of texture to my living room and coordinates perfectly with my mud cloth pillows and gray sofa. It makes for a great throw blanket!
