10 Travel Destinations in the United States
There are so many amazing places to see in the United States! I definitely haven’t seen them all but I’m making my way down the list. In today’s blog post I’m sharing 10 travel destinations that I have visited in the past couple years!
Phoenix
My parents recently retired in Phoenix which I love because I am obsessed with the desert! There are so many beautiful nature areas around Phoenix. I have yet ride a guide for Phoenix but hope to soon!
Joshua Tree National Park
Joshua Tree is one of the most stunning national parks I have ever seen! The entire area looked like something from out of this world. It would be so fun to camp there over the weekend but it’s also great for a day trip from LA, Palm Springs, etc.

Palm Springs
Palm Springs is perfect for a girl’s trip or a weekend getaway! I absolutely loved the mid century/retro vibe around the city. They have some great dining, thrifting, and more!

Nashville
Nashville, made popular because of it’s country music history, is another fun city that should be on everyone’s list! Broadway with it’s honky tonk’s is a unique experience, amazing food, thrifting and more!

New York City
New York City should be on everyone’s list and for good reason! It’s such an insanely cool city with breathtaking sky scrapers and city scapes. There is so much to do there so this is one that you want several days for!

Philadelphia
Philadelphia, the city of brotherly love, is a very old city with so much American history! The Declaration of Independence was signed there, the American flag was sewn there by Betsy Ross… and it’s home to the fabulous Philly Cheesesteak!

Memphis
Memphis is another city with a ton of music history, specifically blues music which you can hear on Beale St! It was the home of Elvis Presley, you can actually tour his home Graceland which we did and loved. And it’s home to the Civil Rights museum!

Birmingham
Birmingham is super close to Nashville so when we lived in Nashville we took a day trip there! It’s a very old city with a lot of history and museums as well as shops, restaurants, and more. The photo above was taken at Sloss Furnaces!

San Francisco is a beautiful old city with Victorian architecture and pastel colors that make it super colorful! It’s home to the Golden Gate Bridge, it has beaches, and there is a lot to do and see there so you definitely want a few days to visit.
