Sharing some of the casual chic outfits I’m currently wearing this summer season! I’ve kind of been rotating between a few classic pieces almost like a capsule wardrobe, denim shorts, cropped tanks, and the essential accessories. I’ve been wearing these outfits to the park, while running errands, and on summer walks lately. These looks are a combo of new pieces from sustainable brands and thrifted finds. I’ve linked similar and exact pieces below each outfit!

We celebrated my 29th birthday this week with a city outing, games, and cake of course! 😉 I can’t believe I’m only one year away from 30, which is both exciting and a little frightening to me at the same time… I’m looking forward to our destination wedding next year (we are shooting for late spring, more on that soon) and hopefully starting our family next year! These discussions have made me reflect on myself and what I want for my life more than ever.
I thought it would be fun to style some classic white, summer pieces in 3 Fourth of July inspired looks! I had a ton of fun styling these looks with thrifted purses and new sustainable pieces from ABLE and Grey State. I popped in some red and blue accents for that patriotic feel and channeled some retro vibes as well. I’m hoping this post will give you guys some inspiration on what to wear to your Fourth Of July celebrations this year, whether you are going to a backyard barbecue or having a picnic at the park!
I wanted to share a few of the outfits that I have been wearing on repeat during the end of this spring season! These outfits are a combo of new and old pieces from some of my favorite sustainable brands + amazing thrifted finds. I’ve worn these casual looks for coffee shop work sessions, thrifting trips, and running errands in the city! My classic Levi’s jacket has been the perfect layering piece to throw on if the weather has ever been on the cooler side. I’ve linked exact and similar pieces for each look throughout the post!
In today’s blog post I wanted to share the outfits I wore during my trip to Phoenix in April! We spent a lot of the days during my visit driving from coffee shops to restaurants to Phoenix sights so I had to make sure my outfits were super comfortable. I always pack light by making sure the pieces I’m packing are versatile and can be easily mixed and matched. I went for a retro/casual western style for my looks and I’ve linked everything in this post!
Riding A Horse + Western Style In Phoenix, AZ
By Esperanza on April 29, 2022During my Phoenix visit, I was able to meet my parent’s horse Maverick! My parents retired in the Phoenix area 3+ years ago now and board a horse nearby. Growing up on a farm in Eastern Washington, my parents had a ton of horses, so I grew up training and riding horses. Since graduating high school, I’ve always lived in a city so I don’t really get the chance to ride horses often. It was so fun getting the chance to ride again after 5+ years!
Cherry Blossoms On The Pittsburgh Waterfront
By Esperanza on April 18, 2022Schyler and I have been trying to catch the cherry blossoms in bloom here in Pittsburgh for weeks now! It seemed like we were waiting forever, we had such a long winter here in Pittsburgh, but we finally got to enjoy them this Easter on the Pittsburgh waterfront. The view of the Pittsburgh cityscape through the blossoms was breathtaking!
It’s been one long(ggg) and very cold winter here in Pittsburgh this year! The weather has been all over the place… some days I need just a few layers and others I’m clinging to my wools. I’m still wearing leggings under my go-to Levi’s most days! The outfits I’m sharing in this post have been worn on repeat the past several weeks. A lot of these pieces have been thrifted or in my closet forever! Hopefully this post will give you some outfit inspiration. I’m linking the pieces to these looks and similar pieces below each outfit!
Casual Street Style + My Favorite Coffee In Pittsburgh
By Esperanza on April 1, 2022I thought I would share this look from a coffee date with my fiance Schyler last week! We grabbed my favorite drink, an iced oat milk vanilla latte, from my favorite Pittsburgh coffee shop, KLVN Coffee Lab. I loved this casual outfit for a day of exploring our neighborhood. It has a bit of a masculine look to it, especially with this mens vintage leather Averix jacket that my dad bought me at an antique store near Portland, OR. I paired it with my classic black Doc Martens, a vintage band tee, and my comfiest Levi jeans. My worn in baseball cap completes the look!
There’s something about a classic trench coat that just hits different! I think it’s Parisian chic, European feel of it. I always feel like I could be walking the streets of London or Paris in an outfit just like this. That’s why it was the perfect outfit to wear for a day of exploring the beautiful university district here in Pittsburgh with my fiance. The architecture there is just stunning and very European which definitely complemented my look 😉
