I found this velvet green number at Target for under $20! I thought it would be perfect to wear for Christmas dinner with my family or maybe even for New Year’s! Schyler and I never really do anything super special for New Year’s. One year we went to a comedy club with my friend Elle and her family before we moved to Portland. Tempur-Pedic, TEMPUR-Cloud pillow, pillow, how to sleep better at night, sleep, stomach sleeper, side sleeper, neck pain, back pain.

I’ve had neck and back pain from a very young age so sleeping comfortably at night has always been a struggle for me. I could never seem to find the right pillow with enough support. For a time, I even slept without a pillow because I just couldn’t find the right type of pillow to elevate my head just right! Taking Time for Self Care During the Holiday Season

By on December 10, 2018

Beauty does comes from within… but we can all use a little extra help am I right?! Especially during the holiday season! My secret is the NeoCell Super Collagen powder. Schyler and I try to make sure to have a date night every week where we go out to eat, grab some coffee, or go on a walk. It’s really important for us as a couple that works together (from home might I add) to get out every once in a while and spend some quality time together! This week we decided to go out to eat at Noodles & Company. I wanted to share the delicious plates we ordered for those of you who are looking for a new restaurant to check out!
