5 Best Coffee Shops In Pittsburgh
By Esperanza on June 5, 2021My first blog post about Pittsburgh! I’ve been rounding up content over the past several weeks now that places are opening back up which is great, because there are so many spots in steel city I want to share with you guys! I’m a major coffee lover, especially if the surroundings in which I will be enjoying my coffee in are super cute 🙂 In this blog post I’ve rounded up 5 Pittsburgh coffee shops that I love!
There are so many amazing places to see in the United States! I definitely haven’t seen them all but I’m making my way down the list. In today’s blog post I’m sharing 10 travel destinations that I have visited in the past couple years!
Over Thanksgiving, my family and I stopped by Joshua Tree National Park on our way to Palm Springs. I have always wanted to see Joshua Tree so I was super excited to finally get the chance. I can’t even describe what a beautiful, magical place Joshua Tree is. It looked like a place not out of this world… like Aliens put it there or something lol! We didn’t get to see everything the park had to offer because we were only there for a day but I wanted to share my favorite spots that we did see.
Our Stay at the Garden Suites Hotel by Affinia in New York City
By Esperanza on January 2, 2021During our recent trip to New York City, we stayed at the Garden Suites Hotel by Affinia for two nights. The hotel was only a 10 min walk from Central Park and very centrally located to everything we wanted to do in Manhattan so it was the perfect spot for us! We stayed in a suite with two queen beds, a separate living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. It was so nice having a spacious hotel room for three during our stay!
Schyler, my boyfriend of 7 years, proposed to me on our recent trip to New York City at the beautiful Bethesda Fountain in Central Park! My sister spent Christmas with us in Pittsburgh and came with us on the trip where she was going to be staying to meet her boyfriend and his family in New Jersey. It worked out perfectly because Schyler was able to coordinate with her to capture the moment!
Over Thanksgiving, I flew to Phoenix, AZ, where my parents have retired to spend Thanksgiving with my family! My parents had a hotel deal in Palm Springs for a week so after Thanksgiving we drove there from Phoenix so that I could enjoy a couple of days in Palm Springs with my parents and sister. I had never been to Palm Springs before so I was super excited to check it out! I had a few places I definitely wanted to check out, some of which were closed due to Covid, but it was still fun. I’m sharing all of the spots I loved in this blog post!
Arizona Sunset Desert Photo Shoot
By Esperanza on December 11, 2020Over the Thanksgiving holiday I flew to Arizona to be with my family. My parents retired in Arizona a few years ago which I am very happy about because I LOVE the desert! I can’t get enough of the beautiful saguaros. Schyler would not be down with moving there because of the heat but it’s nice having a home base there that I can visit! During my time there, I really wanted to do a bohemian desert sunset photo shoot and I love how the photos turned out.
What I Wore In Philadelphia
By Esperanza on November 8, 2020On my recent trip to Philadelphia, I wanted to pull out all of my best fashion pieces! I thrifted so many great Fall staples from Thriftique, a local non-profit thrift store here in Pittsburgh. Fall is one of my favorite seasons to dress for because of all the layers. When I stopped by Thriftique, I had a list of things I was looking for and I found every single one! A great trench coat, leather pants, turtlenecks and more. I thought I would share my outfits and the amazing pieces I found in this blog post.
What To Do In Philadelphia
By Esperanza on November 5, 2020When Schyler and I started dating, he was in a band that toured the country so he’s gotten to see almost every. major city in America! I was always fascinated by this and asked him multiple times what cities he thought I would like and which ones were must sees. Philadelphia was always one of the cities on that list! When we moved to Pennsylvania, his dad told us that Philly is actually where Schyler’s ancestors settled! So we knew we had to book a trip to check out the city together. Philly is a very important city in American history. It’s where the Declaration of Independence was signed, it’s where Betsy Ross sewed the American flag, and home to the Liberty Bell. In this blog post, I’m sharing everything we did, where we ate, and where we stayed while visiting the city of brotherly love!
