Slowly but surely my apartment is coming together the way that I want it to! The most recent update has been in my bedroom. I don’t know about you guys, but my bedroom is always the last room to get decorated! I guess it makes sense because guests that are visiting aren’t going to be hanging out in your room right?! Bedrooms should be a happy place to escape to, which means that they should be as carefully designed as every other room in the house! My bed was in need of a fun throw blanket and pillows which I found from Mae Woven. Now my bedroom feels so much cozier and put together! I’ve had my eye on these mud cloth pillows from Mae Woven for quite some time now. I love mud cloth designs because they are simplistic and interesting at the same time! Mae Woven has several mud cloth designs but I ended up going with the Sika design. This fun blanket is also from Mae Woven. I love the tassels and poms! I recently framed a photo that I took while traveling in Lisbon, Portugal and placed it above my bed. The beige and blue tones in the photo tie in really well with the pillows and blankets. The pillow fills are sold separately from the covers but I definitely reccomend purchasing them because they are super squishy and comfy!
