I don’t know about you, but I am a total summer person! There is something so nostalgic about warm summer nights, the smell of sunscreen, and the sun on your skin. I think it just reminds me of my childhood. I would count down the days till summer break every school year! That’s why I always try and enjoy every last drop of summer by checking off my #SummerBucketList. To stay in that summer state of mind as we transition to Fall, my friends and I decided to take a last minute road trip to the beach! We decided to visit Manzanita on the Oregon Coast because none of us had ever been there before. It was picture perfect!

There’s nothing like spending time with your girls, especially at the beach! We laid out a picnic to enjoy with Butter Chardonnay and JaM Cabernet from JaM Cellars. I love a good, fruity Cabernet so the JaM Cab is super easy-to-love for me! This California cabernet has juicy notes of blackberries and plum so it’s bursting in flavor. It’s aged in a unique blend of new oak which adds a touch of vanilla to the finish. Yum!

The Butter Chardonnay literally melts in your mouth! The grapes selected for this Chardonnay are juicy, ripe, and super flavorful. It’s cold fermented to give it that lush creaminess and aged in oak. What makes this Butter Chardonnay so amazing are the notes of lemon and vanilla. My favorite combo! It’s absolutely delicious.

The sunset during our picnic was so pretty! The sky looked like cotton candy. I’ve never seen the Oregon Coast look more beautiful. Summer days like these are fleeting! I’m so glad I got to spend a beach day with my girls while enjoying Butter Chardonnay and JaM Cabernet. Now I can check beach trip off my Summer Bucket List!
