On a recent road trip to San Francisco from Portland, my blogger friend Tonya (themoptop.com) and I decided to stop halfway through our trip in Ashland, OR. We stayed at the Lithia Springs Resort, just outside of town in a beautiful outdoor setting. I loved the charming gardens and patios on the grounds. It was the perfect place to rest before driving the rest of the way to San Francisco!

Lithia Springs Resort also hosts weddings! They have several locations on the grounds that are perfect backdrops for a wedding. Plus, they have tons of rooms for the wedding party and guests. They also have a spa which I would have loved to take advantage of if we had more time.

In the evening we headed to the wine garden to enjoy a flight of Oregon wines. There is a beautiful outdoor patio but we choose to sit inside at the wine bar. The wine Sommelier was very friendly and informative about the wines we were trying, all of which were delicious. We took a glass of our favorite wine back to our room to enjoy later.

We stayed in a beautiful suite with a full kitchen, living room, bedroom, and a patio! I’m obsessed with white kitchens so I loved that, and the bathroom was a great size too. It felt like a little apartment!

In the evening we took advantage of the pool and hot tub. It was the perfect end to our first day of the road trip! I would love to visit again with more time to explore the town of Ashland. It looked like a really cute town when we were driving through! Book your stay at the resort here.
