My Favorite Products This Summer

We need as much sun as we can get in the Pacific Northwest. I wanted to share with you five of my favorite products that are going to be my go-to’s this summer. Trust me, these products are everything you’re going to need for that effortless, casual-cool summer look. 

1. Makeup Forever Primer

This primer is amazing! I’m subscribed to the Sephora Play subscription box and I received a sample of this little life saver in my box a few months ago. I put this on before applying my makeup; focusing on my t-zone. It literally melts away my pores, which is a necessity for me because I have large pores in my nose/cheek area. I’m just about to run out and as soon as I do, I will be buying the full size.

2. Verb Sea Spray

Verb Sea Spray is a texturizing spray that does wonders for you hair! I had never used a texturizing spray before trying this one and now I love it. I like to spray this in my hair the day after I have curled it, scrunching it for loose beachy waves! It’s the perfect summer look. This spray is also great for braided hair styles, the added texture makes your hair easier to work with and gives it volume. Without it, my braids won’t hold!

3. Detox Dry Bar

If you have an oily scalp like me, than this dry shampoo is a must! It’s better for your hair not to wash it everyday and the Detox Dry Bar dry shampoo makes this possible. I like to spray it in my hair in the morning while I’m getting ready and let it do it’s thing. The formula disappears as it absorbs oil into your hair. This is perfect for gals who are in a rush and need a quick routine in the morning. It also smells amazing!

4. Nova White Teeth Whitening System

I recently collaborated with Nova White and tried their new teeth whitening system. My teeth had been looking a little yellow in previous months and I was desperate for some teeth whitening. I noticed a difference after just one use! I mainly use the the LED tray which only has to be worn for 15 minutes; super convenient. Pearly whites are a must for all of the pictures I will be taking this summer!

5. Makeup Forever HD Foundation

I have tried about a million different foundations; Urban Decay, Nars, Bare Minerals and more. This is by far my favorite foundation! I have combination skin, which means that my skin is very oily but also dry, especially around my nose and mouth. The HD foundation didn’t cling to my dry skin and dry me out like the Urban Decay or Nars foundation did.   9. Those look like great products, never tried MUFE primer or foundation, but I love their mascara, so would imagine those products would be great for summer!

  10. i always swear on both Make up forever foundation and primer, most esp i live in a very humid country… Love your choices sweetie… keep it up.

  11. Oo these are awesome I haven’t heard of any of these before! All but the dry bar I don’t think I would be able to use it cause o need the oil in my hair lol.
