Schyler and I try to make sure to have a date night every week where we go out to eat, grab some coffee, or go on a walk. It’s really important for us as a couple that works together (from home might I add) to get out every once in a while and spend some quality time together! This week we decided to go out to eat at Noodles & Company. I wanted to share the delicious plates we ordered for those of you who are looking for a new restaurant to check out!

I loveee the fall season! Especially fall activities like visits to the pumpkin patch, corn mazes, and apple picking. I know it’s only September and I’m a bit premature, but I already made my first visit to the pumpkin patch! I know, I know, call me crazy (or brilliant!). Naturally, I’ve already started filling my closet with new fall sweaters. I’ve rounded up my favorites to share with you guys in this post!
Overalls are one of my favorite things to wear because they really give you that casual/cool look plus they are so easy to throw on! They’re also the perfect piece to transition into fall. Overalls look so cute with long sleeves, hats, and booties. I love this photo shoot that I did with Orlova Maria, a new photographer to the Portland area. She captured these overalls perfectly!
A few months ago, I blogged about Project Re-Made with thredUP. If you missed it, you can read the blog post here. thredUP is a fashion re-sale website where you can buy and sell secondhand clothing. They are dedicated to sustainability and play a big part in the Collaborative Consumption Movement which is super cool! I love the mission behind thredUP and I got the chance to partner with them recently. In this post I’m sharing an outfit that I put together with some of the pieces I picked out on their website!
New Orleans Travel Guide: Where to Eat, Stay & Play
By Esperanza on May 27, 2018While visiting my best friend Elle in Florida, we decided to take a road trip to New Orleans for the weekend! I have always wanted to visit New Orleans so I’m really glad I got the chance to visit with Elle. It was a super quick trip but we manage to squeeze in so much! New Orleans is such a cool city with so much culture and color around every corner. It’s one of those cities that has something beautiful to photograph everywhere. Totally Instagram worthy! 😉 In this blog post, I’m sharing where we stayed, ate, and the places we visited.
I recently got back from a trip to Pensacola, Florida to visit my friend Elle. Elle has been my best friend for over 12 years but she is in the Air Force so we only get to see each other about once a year and mainly stay in touch by phone. She was stationed in Pensacola for some training so I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to spend some time together! I wanted to share some of my favorite things we did and restaurants that we ate at while in Pensacola.
Rocio and I got the chance to go glamping at The Vintages in Dayton, OR. You guys, this vintage trailer resort is the CUTEST glamping spot. We had so much fun getting dressed up in vintage inspired outfits (of course), hanging out in our trailer, and riding cruiser bikes. The Vintages are about an hour from our home in Portland so it was the perfect weekend getaway! Rocio and I both love photography and videography so we took advantage of the cute surroundings. I’m so excited to share these photos with you!
Here in Portland, OR, we don’t usually get snow until January. We have been having a fairly warm winter so far which is nice because I have been able to wear some layered outfits. I’m sure I’ll have to whip out the winter jacket soon but for now I’ve been getting away with some lighter coats. I wanted to share some of my favorite winter pieces with you guys!
Rooftop Photo Shoot with Corrie Mahr Photography
By Esperanza on November 6, 2017I got to do a really fun photo shoot with Corrie Mahr Photography this past summer. I am just now getting around to posting the photos but better late than never right?! Corrie and I went to college together and I’ve always admired her work so it was really exciting to be behind her lens. We met for coffee to brain storm shoot locations and ideas. We both thought a rooftop photo shoot would be really cool and I knew the perfect location! The top of the Pioneer Courthouse Square Smart Park in downtown Portland.
