I have been itching to rearrange our living room for awhile now and I figured it would be the perfect time to do it right before I started decorating our apartment for fall. Previously, I had our couch/tv watching area separated from my “reading nook” by the window. Now all of our seating is arranged together in a more conversational way which I love because it’s so much more open now! The extra space is really nice although the couch is much further from our tv now lol but hey, it’s just a rental so we aren’t aiming for perfection here ;P

I have been obsessed with this brand, Territory Design, ever since I discovered it about a year ago! I have a few pieces myself, one that I get asked about all the time is the hanging tiered basket in my living room (similar here). I love the mix of natural materials, neutral tones, and amazing textures in their range of home decor pieces. If I could start over, I would style our space with their entire collection! Now that the weather has finally cooled down here in Pittsburgh, I was able to bring out my leather jackets and my vintage leather pants! I have quite the vintage leather collection (if I do say so myself!) that I’ve thrifted over the years and I try to style my leather pieces whenever I can. Madewell Finds For Early Fall 2022

I’ve rounded up some fun pieces from Madewell that are perfect for transitioning into the fall season this year! I love neutral + earth tone colors for fall and some of these pieces have pretty simple prints that give farmer chic vibes. I’ve also included a few skirts and dresses that you can easily layer with light jackets and boots as the weather starts getting cooler. They actually have a sale on denim going on from September 18-20 for $10 full price denim so it’s a good time to take advantage of that.
