I can’t believe this will be our 3rd holiday season in our little Pittsburgh loft apartment! Time just flew by but especially this year. I’m finally getting this blog post up, a little later than I’d hoped, but I loved how the Christmas decorated apartment looked and really wanted to share it with you guys! I have been obsessed with sweater vests for so long but I really feel like they have been having a big moment this year! I am a big fan of boots, especially as a 5’3″ woman because I love the added height lol! Whenever I get dressed up, I always throw on a pair of ankle boots or heeled boots. Our apartment has actually been decorated for fall since October 1st, but it was such a busy month for us that I wasn’t able to shoot photos or sit down to write this post until now! We currently live in an old Pittsburgh loft apartment that I’ve styled with boho chic home decor. I decorated with a few simple autumnal touches that compliment the boho style perfectly and still feel very festive. I love taking photos with my boys for the memories and this quick at home photo session turned out so cute!
After a super busy month, we were finally able to make it out to one of the local pumpkin patches here in Pittsburgh! We have visited a different patch every year since moving here, this year we decided to visit Soergel Orchards & Garden Center. It only took us half an hour to get there and the fall leaves along the drive were stunning! They had several gift shops, restaurants, farm animals, a garden center, and more in addition to the cutest patch with lots of colorful pumpkins. It was the perfect spot for our annual pumpkin patch photo shoot!
I’ve been stocking up on sweaters this fall season that are cozy, perfect for layering, and can easily transition into the winter season.
