Summer Fun At The Fair In Portland
A few months ago, I blogged about Project Re-Made with thredUP. If you missed it, you can read the blog post here. thredUP is a fashion re-sale website where you can buy and sell secondhand clothing. They are dedicated to sustainability and play a big part in the Collaborative Consumption Movement which is super cool! I love the mission behind thredUP and I got the chance to partner with them recently. In this post I’m sharing an outfit that I put together with some of the pieces I picked out on their website!
Who doesn’t love a good carnival? I especially love all the fun colors and lights! Rocio, our friend Jensyn, and I headed to the Portland waterfront for a fun photo shoot.
I paired this gingham dress and these black booties from thredUP with a thrifted denim jacket and my favorite newsboy cap. I threw on a red purse for a pop of color! I love the look of these black booties. They are definitely a staple all year round. I love gingham for summer so I had to have this dress when I saw it! I got them both for a steal.

This dress I’ve linked is almost exact to the one I’m wearing in these photos and under $15!
Be sure to check out thredUP for some fun and affordable pieces!
