I’m so excited to share this blog post with you guys especially because I have been working on it for several months now lol! I’m obsessed with cool murals and there are so many fun ones in Nashville so I knew I just had to make a Nashville Mural Guide. I’ve broken down the murals into neighborhoods to make it easier for those of you who are visiting the city and are unfamiliar with the areas. It makes it easier if you know which ones are close together when you are planning out your travel itinerary!

Wedgewood-Houston

Cassette Tape Mural

Isn’t this mural so fun! It gives me major 90’s vibes. It’s painted onto the side of the Wedgehill Market. There was a big parking lot out front so it was super easy to snap some quick shots. Love the fun colors!

Love Y’all Mural

The “Love Y’all” mural is seriously the cutest! It’s on the side of The Loading Dock, an equally as cute cafe. It’s a very “Nashville” mural especially with the western style font. There is a parking lot right in front so it was super easy to get a shot with tons of space. Some lady did walk by and laugh while we were getting these though ;P

Loading Dock Mural

This mural is on the side of The Loading Dock, on the same side of the building as the “Love Y’all” mural! The mural is painted across a large side of the building and has tons of painted waves in pretty colors. The colors in each section are a little different!

East Nashville

World Peace Mural

This mural is so cute and perfect for hippie + boho vibes! It’s on the side of an old building that looks like it used to be a gas station in East Nashville. We parked in the nearby neighborhood and walked over to the mural to avoid having to pay the meter in the parking lot of the building.

Dancing Bears Mural

The Five Points Bears or the “Dancing Bears Mural” is located in the Five Points neighborhood of Nashville. The mural is on the side of the Moab Bike Shop building. I love the colors! It’s super close to Five Points Pizza so you can pop over for a slice of pizza after visiting this spot 😉

East Nashville Mural

The East Nashville Mural is painted onto the side of Donut Distillery! I thought it would be a fun mural to capture but it was a little tough to get any shots because of the drive through window it’s painted around! We had to quickly snap a shot. Luckily there is a parking lot which made it easy while we were waiting.

Nashville Looks Good On You Mural

You can find this mural on the front of a building in the back parking lot of Frothy Monkey in the 12 South Neighborhood! I wanted to take some really edgy photos in my version of Nashville rock ‘n’ roll style. We were working with some difficult lighting settings but I still love the photos we got 😀

Make Music Not War Mural

This mural is actually right next to the Flower Mural above so you can hit both at the same time! They’re kind of in a little alley. It’s a great spot to hit while exploring the 12 South neighborhood!

Flower Mural

This flower mural is absolutely stunning! It reminds me of a Vincent van Gogh painting. This photo concept came to me one night in bed and I love the way the photos turned out. Especially in the first shot where the flowers are coming at you. I look like a magician! ;P

I Believe in Nashville Mural

The “I Believe in Nashville Mural” has always been the mental image that popped into my head whenever I thought about Nashville. Probably because everyone takes a picture here when they visit Nashville! It is so iconic though and I love the pictures we got. They are actually kind of perfect for the 4th of July! This mural is located opposite of Draper James, Reese Witherspoon’s 12 South boutique.

Hillsboro-West End

Drippy Lips Mural

This fun mural is perfect for photos! It’s located in the Hillsboro Village neighborhood on the side of a building in an alley. The building right across from it is called Fido. Every time we have visited there have been people shooting there so you maybe have to be patient!

Tip: There is a parking lot right behind the building that you can park at for free for up to an hour.
