5 Cute Coffee Shops In Los Angeles
I’m finally getting around to sharing the first installment in the Los Angeles travel guides I plan to share from my March trip visiting my sister! We were able to visit several beautiful coffee shops in the city that I thought I would round up for fellow coffee lovers. I love checking out pretty coffee shops during my travel and Los Angeles definitely had a plethora of them. I hope you guys enjoy this post and find it helpful whether you live in LA or plan on visiting.

Rykn Cafe
This incredibly beautiful Japanese cafe, Rykn Cafe, is located in the Los Angeles Arts District. They serve coffee, matcha, sake, wine, and dishes like bowls, toasts, and bento boxes. The interiors make you feel like you are in a Japanese tea garden from the tree in the center of the space to the giant rock table feature. With plenty of seating, this is a great spot to visit with friends, especially for those looking for a unique dining experience in Los Angeles!

Coffee For Sasquatch
We loved this modern and quirky coffee shop located on Melrose Ave, Coffee For Sasquatch! With beautiful interiors, plenty of seating, and amazing pastries & coffee, it’s the perfect spot to grab coffee with a friend or work remotely. The location is amazing for tourists as well because there is so much to do and see on Melrose. Our savory and sweet pastries were delicious and my latte was perfection. Rocio and I definitely plan on coming back!

Alfred Coffee (Silver Lake)
Before exploring in Silver Lake, my sister and I stopped by the Alfred Coffee location there for coffee and breakfast! We each had the breakfast burrito which was so delicious, I definitely recommend it, and we both loved our vanilla lattes. They have a little patio with seating which was super cute and we really enjoyed getting to eat our breakfast outside. There are several cute boutiques on the same street that I checked out afterwards. Alfred Coffee is actually a popular coffee chain with several locations all over Los Angeles so be sure to check them out!

Verve Coffee (Melrose)
I have been a fan of Verve Coffee for a long time now so I was so glad that we were able to visit not one, but two of their beautiful coffee shop locations in Los Angeles! The Melrose location Verve Coffee was probably my favorite out of the two we were able to visit, I just loved the space, the plants, and that beautiful long coffee bar. It was pouring rain while on this day of my visit with my sister Rocio which made it an extra cozy visit sitting inside sipping our lattes and enjoying our delicious sandwiches. Plus, it’s a great sized space with lot’s of seating inside and outside.

Verve Coffee (West 3rd Ave)
We visited this Verve Coffee location for breakfast on the last day of my visit with my sister! I loved the vibes of this location as well and it also had a great flow with lot’s of seating, a beautiful coffee bar, and ton’s of natural light. Both of these locations were packed when we visited which is usually an indicator of how popular the spot is! We ordered the same sandwiches because we loved them so much and our lattes were divine as well.
