I found this velvet green number at Target for under $20! I thought it would be perfect to wear for Christmas dinner with my family or maybe even for New Year’s! Schyler and I never really do anything super special for New Year’s. One year we went to a comedy club with my friend Elle and her family before we moved to Portland. A lot of the New Year’s events in the Portland area are super spendy! Maybe we will go to a party at a friend’s house this year. 

One of these years, I would love to go to a fun New Year’s event and get all dressed up! My dream would be to spend New Year’s at a fancy party in New York City like in When Harry Met Sally. But I thought I would round up some dreamy New Year’s dresses I’ve favorited for those of you who are planning on getting super dressed up 🙂
