During my Phoenix visit, I was able to meet my parent’s horse Maverick! My parents retired in the Phoenix area 3+ years ago now and board a horse nearby. Growing up on a farm in Eastern Washington, my parents had a ton of horses, so I grew up training and riding horses. Since graduating high school, I’ve always lived in a city so I don’t really get the chance to ride horses often. It was so fun getting the chance to ride again after 5+ years!
