We just celebrated Indio’s 3rd birthday a few days ago! It’s always a busy time because a few days after Indio’s birthday is our anniversary. We laughed and cried while looking at Indio’s birthday photos over the years and old photos of him when he was a puppy. I can’t believe how fast the time has flown, it’s so crazy! Being his dog mommy has definitely been challenging at times, but very rewarding.

Doesn’t he look so adorable with his Boots & Barkley denim bow? I had to match him in my all denim jumpsuit from ABLE (similar jumpsuit linked here). Indio’s hair is so long right now, I’m waiting until it finally warms up here to take him to the doggie salon for a full hair cut. I just couldn’t keep up with all the brushing so I had to let his curls go so he looks super shaggy right now but still totally adorable of course.

He loves going outside so I’m looking forward to some spring walks in the park with him when the weather warms up. He also loves running errands around Pittsburgh with mom! He loves playing fetch with his fuzzy toys, chewing on his rubber dog that I like to put treats in, and of course always wants to snuggle. I’m so looking forward to the day when we finally have a house and a yard that he can run around in. Hopefully within the next few years! Every year we celebrate his birthday with a doggie birthday cake and it’s so fun watching him enjoy it.

I’m so glad we’ve taken photos every year for his birthday and it’s a tradition that I plan on continuing. It’s so fun being able to see how much he’s grown and all the memories that come with it. Check out the photos from his 2nd birthday here. Thank for following along with us!
