Mini Travel Guide To Sisters, OR
Towards the end of July, Sage and I flew to Oregon with my parents to spend time with my brother and his family who live in Salem. We stayed at Eagle Crest in Redmond and during our week there, we spent a day in Sisters. My dad is from Oregon so growing up we would do a lot of road trips, camping trips, etc. all over the state. I remember visiting Sisters when I was a little girl so it was really cool getting to re-visit the western style town with my son Sage. I vividly remember eating at Sisters Saloon which I was happy to see is still there! I also found so many cute boutiques and this adorable coffee shop to check out during our time there. The town definitely attracts a lot of tourists and seemed to be thriving! I’m sharing the spots we checked out in this blog post.

Where To Eat
Fika Coffee House
Our first stop in Sisters was for coffee at Fika Coffee House. I found this shop in a quick Google search for coffee in Sisters and I was immediately drawn to the bright, plant filled space. My dad ordered some pastries for us to share which were heavenly! My vanilla latte was amazing as well. There was plenty of seating in the shop, so it’s a great place to hang out and there were several visitors during our time there. I loved looking at the quilts they had displayed in the shop and the overall aesthetic was right up my alley. The mural wall feature really popped as well!

The Barn In Sisters
If you are looking for a fun lunch spot, then I definitely recommend The Barn In Sisters! This taphouse had a very cool vibe to it and I loved that the outdoor space where they had several food cart vendors available. There is something for everyone from burgers to pizza to vegan bites and more! I can definitely see how The Barn would be the perfect gathering hub for the community. The outdoor space makes it very kid and pet friendly as well!

Sisters Saloon & Ranch Grill
This is the western themed saloon that we ate at when I was a little girl! We did not have time to eat at Sisters Saloon, but I was so glad to see that it was still there. If you are looking for a good dinner spot, with a fun western theme to it, then I would reccomend this restaurant.

Inscape Plant Co
I love plants so this new plant shop in Sisters, Inscape Plant Co, was like a dream for me! Inscape is stocked with so many unique plants, books, plant care items, and more for the green thumb in your life (or yourself!). The owner Danielle, was kind enough to let me hang out in the lounge area while Sage took a nap in his stroller. I was obsessed with the accent tile backsplash behind the service counter, the neon sign in the lounge area, and the fun orange couch. The shop had such a cool, aesthetic vibe to it.

Rescued Living
Rescued Living is a home decor shop complete with a gourmet pantry area! The decor that you’ll find in the shop has a Pacific Northwest lifestyle feel to it, which I love. It’s a curated selection of repurposed and up-cycled home decor pieces like industrial items with a western nod, natural textiles, and items that reflect the outdoors. If you guys aren’t familiar, my background is in interior design, so this was such a fun shop to browse and gather ideas from!

Landmark Fine Goods
The owner of Rescued Living also owns this shop, Landmark Fine Goods. This is the perfect shop to stop by if you want to pick up a few Pacific Northwest inspired items like pine scented candles, Pendelton blankets, and more. I loved woodsy, outdoor vibes of the selection in this shop!
