My Top 20 Newborn Baby Must Haves
The past seven weeks of Sage Wylder’s life have flown by! The first few weeks were tough with sleep deprivation and getting into a flow, but now Sage and I have a bit more of a routine down which makes such a big difference. I knew I wanted to share a blog post with my newborn must haves for other new momma’s out there who like me, did a lot of research to figure out everything I would need for baby. Now that he is almost 2 months old, I feel like I have a good idea of what items were newborn essentials for me. Of course these items will vary as all moms and babies are different, but I think this is a helpful start!
Shop Our Style
I love that this bath tub will grow with Sage!
This is a great starter bundle for baby bath time and skincare! The All Over Ointment was a lifesaver for Sage’s dry newborn skin.
This bassinet/stroller combo has been perfect for going on walks and jogs with baby! Right now I am only using the bassinet option but as Sage gets older we will use it as a stroller.
Swaddles can be used in so many ways; as burp clothes, as a blanket, or even as a nursing cover.
Frida Baby 3 in 1 Sound Machine
I love this sound machine! It’s hands down what helps me sleep at night and it’s an air purifier too.
Little Remedies Gas Relief Drops
This has been a lifesaver for getting Sage to stop crying from gas pains.
I use this diaper bag every time we leave the house and I love how many compartments it has for organization.
This play gym and their play kits are amazing for working on baby’s brain development which is very important to me!
This was a gift from my baby registry and has been very useful. My favorites have been the silicone brush for cradle cap, the nail clipper, and my absolutely must is the snot sucker!
I breast feed Sage but it’s so nice to have these so that others can give Sage a bottle and momma can have a break!
My friend got me this bassinet and I could not have made it through my C-section recovery without it.
I love how easy to clean this neutral changing pad is and it looks great in Sage Wylder’s nursery.
This diaper balm makes it so much easier to wipe a poopy bum!
Copper Pearl multipurpose cover
So many uses! I love that you can cover baby while their in their car seat to block the sun or weather. I used it to nurse Sage on a flight to Washington too.
These are awesome for casual day time use and night time use especially because they are so easy to get on and off!
I always have this in my diaper bag and it was awesome during our recent trip to Washington where I wasn’t going to have a changing pad during my stay.
I use this wrap through-ought the day with Sage and he loves it! It’s so nice to be able to get stuff done while still holding him close.
We have used our Snuggle Me Lounger several times for somewhere to lay Sage down on the couch or my bed.
I love having a nursing pillow! Mine is from My Brest Frend but there are others I have used that I like more personally like the Boppy.
This dresser is a must for me because I don’t have any closet space to store Sage Wylder’s clothes. The drawers are amazing for organization and I can change him on top of it as well.
This is the matching crib to my dresser and it has 3 positions so it can grow with Sage!
