Our Stay At The Malibu Beach Inn In Malibu, CA

While visiting Malibu, we stayed at the incredible Malibu Beach Inn! Located right next to Surfrider Beach and the Malibu Pier, this beachfront hotel offers incredible views of the ocean. We had a stunning ocean view room, and it was very relaxing being that close to the water. The sound of the ocean was so peaceful, especially for Andrew, who loves the water. The hotel interiors were incredible, every detail was amazing. My sister, who lives in Los Angeles, joined us for the night, and we had so much fun hanging out in our beautiful room. I’ll be sharing more of our stay at this boutique hotel in this blog post!

The Room
We stayed in an ocean view room, which was incredible! Andrew and I loved the wood ceiling. That was a really cool design feature. The lounge area and fireplace made the room feel very cozy. The patio looked right out onto the ocean, Surfrider Beach, and the Malibu Pier. Andrew took a morning meeting out there as my sister and I got ready for the day. There was a really cool wine bottle storage feature that made a statement next to the bar, right next to the bathroom. The bathroom was so nice. I loved the modern interiors and the toilet was very swanky too. The hotel provided a wooden crib for Sage to sleep in, which was very thoughtful, and since my sister was staying with us too, they made the coach into a bed for her in the evening. After Sage went to bed that night, we ordered pizza and wine to share while we watched Love On The Spectrum. That was such a fun evening! The hotel brought chocolates and slippers in the evening, which was a nice touch as well.

The Lobby & Restaurants
When you pull into the property, there is a formal entrance with a lobby to the left. When we checked in, they had welcome cookies, which were my favorite, chocolate chip! I picked up a few for all of us to enjoy that evening. We had our car valeted during our time at Malibu Beach Inn. They do not have a formal lobby seating area, but they do have a restaurant, the Carbon Beach Club, with several seating areas including a balcony overlooking the ocean and beach below. They will actually provide a beach blanket if you ask, and they will set it up for you in the hotel’s private beach area. We did not end up doing this, but in the evening we all went down to the beach to watch the sunset!

XOXO
We made some fun memories during our stay at the Malibu Beach Inn that I will always be fond of! If you are looking for a fabulous hotel during your travels in Malibu, I would definitely recommend them.
