During our time in Nashville, we have been to some fabulous restaurants! I love restaurants that serve not only great food but a great atmosphere through interiors and aesthetics as well. It’s the interior designer in me! ;P I’ve compiled my 8 favorite restaurants to share in this blog post with you guys, but there are so many other great restaurants as well. I hope this post is helpful for those of you planning on visiting the city! 🙂

Liberty Common

We had brunch at this chic cafe on Valentine’s Day! I loved the Parisian cafe vibes at Liberty Common, the interiors are just stunning. This cafe combines French classics with southern comfort food like the Waffle Madame and the Fried Chicken Biscuit. They also serve burgers, sandwiches, and salads! I had an amazing vanilla latte and a chocolate croissant (one of my favorite combos). They also serve wine, cocktails, and beers making Liberty Common the ultimate brunch spot 😉 There is a reasonably priced parking garage right above the restaurant or you can find street parking when visiting the restaurant.

Stay Golden

Stay Golden, near the Berry Hill area of Nashville, is another great cafe set in an industrial space. I love the fun interiors at this cafe; the teal bar, plants, and open shelves are absolutely gorgeous! I had a delicious BLT sandwich and a vanilla latte, one of my go-to combos. It’s a great spot for grabbing brunch with friends or enjoying a coffee while studying/working! There is a parking lot out front making it super easy to visit this spot.

Makeready

Makeready, an industrial style tavern in downtown on the bottom floor of the gorgeous boutique hotel Noelle, is the perfect spot to grab some seasonal tavern food and beers! I had a delicious club sandwich, broccoli cheddar soup, and a vanilla latte that warmed me up when we dined at the restaurant on a cold February day. There is valet parking at the Noelle hotel and it’s covered if you dine at the restaurant.

Von Elrod’s

Von Elrod’s, a beer hall in Germantown, is the perfect place for a fun dining experience! They have an amazing outdoor beer garden and a huge seating area in their industrial restaurant space so it’s the perfect place to come and hang out with a bunch of friends! They have 36 beers on tap and they serve sausages, pretzels, burgers, and more. I had a pretzel burger there that was out of this world! We found some free street parking nearby and walked a few blocks.

The Loading Dock

The Loading Dock is a super cute cafe located in the Wedgewood-Houston area of Nashville. There is a restaurant space inside as well as an art gallery with extra seating too! They serve classic sandwiches, coffee, and more so it’s the perfect place to stop for a bite. I had a delicious club sandwich and probably the best vanilla latte I’ve had in Nashville! There are also a ton of fun murals painted onto the building so you can snap some photos while visiting the cafe. Big parking lot out front so it’s super easy to find parking!

Superica

If you love brunch and tex mex food then Superica located in the Gulch is the perfect spot for you! Not only that, the space is absolutely beautiful. I love the colorful mural in the lobby, totally my vibes! During brunch they serve tex mex classics like heuvos rancheros, migas, and chilaquiles. Their horchata was delicious too! They have plenty of seating inside the restaurant, at the bar, and an outdoor patio too. You can find street parking nearby for about $2.25 an hour.

Bar Taco

Bar Taco located in 12 South, a popular Nashville neighborhood filled with boutiques, coffee shops, and restaurants, is the perfect spot for some delicious Mexican food! The restaurant has a really awesome California surfer vibe and they serve a variety of classic and creative tacos. Their spiced chicken verde tacos are my favorite! It’s the perfect spot to stop for some food after doing a little shopping!

Cafe Roze

Cafe Roze, located in East Nashville, is another popular cafe and for good reason! The marble + pink interiors are gorgeous with tons of light and an airy feel to the space. They serve sandwiches, salads, bowls cocktails, and coffee so it’s another great spot for you brunch lovers 😉 We stopped by for some coffee when we were in the area but we will have to go back to dine in soon!
