I loved visiting these amazing boutiques during my trip to Tucson! I had a few more on my research list that unfortunately ended up being closed on the days we were visiting but I’m so glad I was able to visit these 3 beautiful and very unique local shops. I love the curated collections, aesthetic interiors, and overall vibes of these boutique shops and I hope you guys do too!
We decided to wake up early 4th of July morning to go on a walk in a nearby Pittsburgh neighborhood before it got to hot! We are spending the rest of the day indoors eating some yummy deserts + snack foods, playing games, listening to records and staying cool. I got a little patriotic and made a 4th of July inspired cake with white frosting and red and blue stars! Also, how cute is Indio’s little denim bow? I love our coordinated red, white and blue looks 😉

We celebrated my 29th birthday this week with a city outing, games, and cake of course! 😉 I can’t believe I’m only one year away from 30, which is both exciting and a little frightening to me at the same time… I’m looking forward to our destination wedding next year (we are shooting for late spring, more on that soon) and hopefully starting our family next year! These discussions have made me reflect on myself and what I want for my life more than ever.

I had a ton of fun styling these looks with thrifted purses and new sustainable pieces from ABLE and Grey State. I popped in some red and blue accents for that patriotic feel and channeled some retro vibes as well. I wanted to share a few of the outfits that I have been wearing on repeat during the end of this spring season! These outfits are a combo of new and old pieces from some of my favorite sustainable brands + amazing thrifted finds. I’ve worn these casual looks for coffee shop work sessions, thrifting trips, and running errands in the city! My classic Levi’s jacket has been the perfect layering piece to throw on if the weather has ever been on the cooler side. I’ve linked exact and similar pieces for each look throughout the post!

We spent a lot of the days during my visit driving from coffee shops to restaurants to Phoenix sights so I had to make sure my outfits were super comfortable. I always pack light by making sure the pieces I’m packing are versatile and can be easily mixed and matched.
