My blogger friend, Tonya (themoptop.com), and I decided to take a road trip to San Francisco recently! We both love the pastel buildings, architecture, and unique character of the city and had been dreaming of capturing some cool shots there. I wanted to share all of the outfits I wore during my trip because I thought they were super cute ;P! All of the clothing pieces are from a shop that just opened a Portland location recently called Wild Cactus Boutique. They are based out of Cleveland, OH and are online as well in case you guys want to check out their shop!

Outfit One

I love the chic look of this taupe blouse from Wild Cactus. I’ve always loved collared tops because I think they have a little bit of a masculine feel to them which I love! It’s so comfortable and versatile as well. I paired it with some Rolla’s jeans from Wild Cactus as well, strappy beige Franco Sarto heels, and a thrifted purse from Strada.

I had to cuff the jeans at the bottom because of my short legs (lol) but I like the casual look of it. I wore this outfit to dinner and while exploring the Russian Hill! It’s casual but still dressy 🙂

Outfit Two

I wore this next outfit while exploring the Outer Sunset neighborhood in San Francisco. This lime green romper from Wild Cactus is super fun and bold just like the neighborhood! I paired it with a scalloped sleeve tee that I’ve had for awhile now from JCPenney.

I loved the look of my Etienne Aigner picnic basket and white sunglasses from Wild Cactus with this outfit. The white accents really make the romper pop! For shoes I wore a pair of black Michael Kors slides that compliment the outfit as well.

I thought this outfit was really fun and girly yet still comfortable! I would also wear this outfit with white sneakers for a more casual look. The options are endless 😉

Outfit Three

I love this pretty, pink dress from Wild Cactus! It’s really feminine and chic, perfect for a fancy brunch or a night out. I wore it to several restaurants actually and while walking around the Marina district. It’s definitely a little form-fitting on a curvy girl like me but in a good way! I love the cut-outs on the sides of the dress and the fun straps.

I paired this dress with the strappy Franco Sarto heels from earlier and my vintage Strada purse. I thought they complimented the dress perfectly! I also wore a pair of platform wedges with this dress at one point that were a little comfier and they looked awesome with the dress as well!

Outfit Four

This last outfit I wore on our second day of exploring the Outer Sunset Neighborhood. The pastel purple body suit looked perfect with the colorful houses. I actually really liked the plunging neckline of this top, which is normally something I wouldn’t wear! There is wiring along it so it doesn’t shift around or anything so I think that’s why I liked it. It’s definitely a fun detail! Both the top and Rolla’s jeans are from Wild Cactus.

I styled this outfit with my picnic basket purse, Wild Cactus sunglasses, and platform wedges from Valija. I love the retro feel of this outfit! It’s a really colorful and fun look and very comfy!

I hope you guys enjoyed this blog post! I’ve never done a “What I Wore” blog post for any of my travels but I definitely think I’m going to start doing more of them. Also, I used a different preset that I’ve been working on for these photos so I hope you guys like it!
