I’ve struggled with acne prone skin since I was in middle school! Since then my skin has gone through phases where its clear and phases were it’s bad. I’ve always struggled with hormonal breakouts around my mouth, but within the last year, I started getting bad breakouts of small pimples on my cheeks. The microdermabrasion from my PMD tool has really helped with that! I have tried several skin care regimens over the year but all of them seemed to be drying my skin out too much. I recently became a Dermalogica partner (a brand I’ve loved forever) and I got the chance to speak with one of their skin care consultants who recommended a regimen for me based on my skin type and skin care needs.

I recently did a girl’s trip to Las Vegas with my sister and two of our friends. I’d never been to Vegas before so I got to check another U.S. city off my list! Woohoo! During our visit, we stayed at the new Tru by Hilton hotel. We had such a great experience at the hotel. I loved the vibrant and unique design of the hotel and it was super affordable; a must for any value-conscious traveler! My favorite part about our stay was the coffee station and the Tru Top It Breakfast bar, both of which were free. Who doesn’t love that?!

That’s why I decided to round up my favorite boots for the fall AND winter season. After living in Portland for 4 years, I’ve collected a number of boots that are my go-to’s during the rainy season. All of these boots are waterproof, a must for rain and snow!

I love lipstick! I think a good lip color definitely completes any look. One of my favorite lipsticks is the Joli Rouge from Clarins. It’s sculpted to fit the contours of your lips for precision and generous color that lasts. When it comes to lipstick, one finish definitely doesn’t fit all.
