Traveling is a huge passion of mine! Since transitioning into becoming a full time content creator two years ago, I’ve gotten to do a ton of traveling. I’ve knocked a lot of cities and countries off of my travel bucket list and I wanted to share these travel destinations and some of my tips for all of your travels in 2020! I’ll be sharing my favorite cities in Europe, Central America, the United States, and some state parks in the U.S. as well!

I couldn’t resist capturing some fun photos of my labradoodle puppy Indio’s first Christmas! I thought it would be really fun to bring him along to the Christmas tree farm to pick out our tree for his first Christmas. I took him to Furrow Farms in Hillsboro, near Portland, OR. We had so much fun shooting these photos and I think they turned out so cute so I wanted to share them with you guys! 😀

As you guys know, I became a dog mom earlier this year! I brought my puppy Indio home in May and he is now 8 months old. I can’t believe how fast time is flying! He is the sweetest, cuddliest, cutest puppy and I couldn’t be luckier to be his mom. He makes life fun! I couldn’t resist snapping some photos of Indio for his first Fall in this world.

For the past three months, I’ve been visiting Root Whole Body for massage, acupuncture, and cupping! Read more about my experience with Root Whole Body here. I’ve had back problems since I was a pre-teen due to manual labor on my parent’s farm as a kid. Over the years, my back pain has gotten worse since my job requires me to sit at a desk on a laptop. I’ve heard great things about the benefits of acupuncture and cupping so I decided to try them out (combined with massage) to see if my back felt any better!

Happy Holidays! I love the holidays and love thinking of gifts for people so I thought I would put together the ULTIMATE holiday gift guide with gift ideas for the men in your life, kids in your life, and every kind of gal in your life! I’m focusing more on gifts for women just because I obviously like girl stuff more but there is definitely something for everyone here. I hope this guide gives you some ideas on gifts to give this holiday season <3

About five years ago, I had food poisoning from a bad Caesar salad. I was having terrible acid reflux and stomach pain so I took a trip to the doctor’s office where I was given a “GI cocktail”, which was basically straight antibiotics that made me sick all night. I didn’t know back then that after taking antibiotics, you need to take probiotics to balance out the bacteria in your stomach. For years I struggled with stomach pain before meeting with a naturopath who recommended probiotics. I’ve been taking Probiotics ever since!

I’ve been visiting Root Whole Body these past few months for massage and acupuncture and recently I decided to meet with their nutritionist/naturopath to discuss my diet and lifestyle. I’ve always been pretty good about eating healthy, but I know that I am lacking in certain areas and wanted someone to help me detect the holes in my diet. Between all the information about health and diet online and misinformation from friends and co-workers that I’ve heard over the years, it’s hard to know where to start.

I’ve lived in my apartment for over a year and a half now and until recently, my bedroom never looked exactly how I wanted it to. I was always busy decorating other areas and putting it off. Slowly but surely, I started gathering pieces that I loved to decorate my bedroom with and I love how it looks now! I love mid-century modern and white minimalistic interiors so my bedroom is a little mix of both. I wanted to share my updated bedroom and some of the amazing pieces I found for it with you guys!

I can’t be-LEAF it’s Fall again! I love a good pun, I can’t help it ;P Fall is definitely my favorite season for fashion, activities, and weather. There are so many fun activities to do in the Fall and the crisp, cool weather is perfect for sweaters and layering. I’m ready for it with these Fall closet staples!
