San Francisco is easily one of the most unique cities in the states with it’s iconic hills, architecture, and colorful buildings. These factors also make San Francisco a very Instagrammable city to visit. There are photo opp’s around every corner! I’ve been to San Francisco four times now, so I have a pretty good grasp on the different areas around San Fran. So I thought I would make a guide with the most Instagrammable areas AND restaurants around the city!
On my recent trip to San Francisco, my blogger friend Tonya (themoptop.com) and I stayed at the Tilden Hotel in downtown. I really loved the chic, mid-century style interiors at the hotel! I felt right at home in the lobby with all of the cozy seating and work areas. The hotel has two restaurants on the main floor, both located off of the lobby, The Douglas Room and the Tilden Cafe (pictured below).
My blogger friend, Tonya (themoptop.com), and I decided to take a road trip to San Francisco recently! We both love the pastel buildings, architecture, and unique character of the city and had been dreaming of capturing some cool shots there. I wanted to share all of the outfits I wore during my trip because I thought they were super cute ;P! As a new dog mom to a 10 week old puppy, I need all the help I can get! That’s when Mr. Coffee comes to the rescue. I love that the Mr. Coffee® Easy Measure 12-Cup Programmable Coffeemaker is so easy to use and makes consistently good cups of coffee. We are currently crate/potty training Indio so he has to be taken out 3-5 times a night. Needless to say, I have been very sleep deprived! A strong cup of coffee in the morning has been a lifesaver.
When I first graduated high school, I didn’t know a lot about credit or if I even had a credit score! It wasn’t until a few years later when I moved to Oregon to attend University and had to find an apartment that I even started to think about credit! The landlord of the apartment I was looking to move in to asked what my credit score was. I had no idea so I immediately went in to my bank to speak to someone about it.
The western trend has been becoming increasingly popular these past couple of years, particularly during festival season! I had been wanting to do a western inspired photo shoot for awhile, so I I thought it would be fun to take a girls trip to central Oregon with my sister and blogger friend Tonya of themoptop.com, for the perfect photo backgrounds! Central Oregon is absolutely stunning. We stopped by Smith Rock and the Painted Hills for these photos.

Bring on summer weather and summer fashion- I am ready for it, especially now that I have found the perfect summer sandals from Dansko! I wore the Susie sandals while I was running around downtown the other day and they were so insanely comfortable. I am definitely taking these with me on all of my travels this summer!
During the summer months, I love to take day trips to the beautiful Mt. Hood area. It’s about an hour drive from Portland so its super quick, but instantly transports you into a Pacific Northwest wonderland. My favorite spot to visit is Trillium Lake. On days where it’s not overcast you can see Mt. Hood in the background! There are several trails to walk or hike in the area too. I went up for the day this past weekend with my sister and our friend for our first hike of the season.
Meet my new puppy Indio! He is a black male Labradoodle that I adopted from Forevergreen Farms in Amboy, WA. My friends and family can all tell you that I have wanted a Labradoodle puppy for soooo long! So I am beyond the moon happy that I can now say that I am a proud dog mom of a Labradoodle.
